Operations Analytics was an IT administrator's tool used to reveal anomalous behavior in the data center. By spotting the anomaly early, a larger catastrophe could be averted.
The tool worked by having our admin upload a log file from a machine that was showing signs of an issue. It could be something as simple as slow response time, which could signal that the machine may have a network card that may be failing.
Our primary user was Jim the system administrator.

My role on this project was that of Design Lead, so I don't have a great deal of design artifacts to share, only a few screens of the finished product. This product was successfully released on the IBM Bluemix cloud catalogue.
As the Design Lead my primary responsibilities had to do with working closely with my Offering Manager and Development colleagues to groom and maintain the backlog of user stories. I ensured that stories were assigned to designers and that the design was delivered in a timely manner (within the 2-week sprint). I also worked closely with our user researcher to ensure that all designs were validated with actual users and that the feedback was incorporated back into the design.
