The first thing I did was to create a simple proto-persona of our user, Jane

With their notes I was able to construct a journey map to help clarify where Jane was having issues with Business Plans.

Business Planning was an existing feature for Impartner.

My team was introducing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to the Business Plan feature.
